Pick Your Ruger Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Pick Your Ruger Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period and who are able to legally purchase a firearm in the state and locale in which he or she resides as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : The Pick Your Ruger Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on March 1, 2009 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on June 1, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.ruger.com/GibsonPromo (the “Web Site”), follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the Sweepstakes entry form, including providing your full name, full address (including ZIP code), daytime telephone number, e-mail address and your answers to the survey questions.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive their option of either:
(a) one (1) white Gibson® Les Paul® guitar with a red Ruger® eagle logo (approximate retail value (”ARV”): $4,000);
or
(b) one (1) Ruger® firearm in the model of winner’s choice, but subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations, availability, and Sponsor’s approval in its sole discretion (ARV: $300-$2,400, depending on gun model).

Winners : To find out who won, send your request and a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope no later than three (3) months following the end of the Sweepstakes Period to: Pick Your Ruger Sweepstakes, 411 Sunapee Street, Newport, NH 03773. For a copy of these Official Rules, print out these pages or send your request with a legal-size, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ruger Gibson Promotion, 411 Sunapee Street, Newport, NH 03773 prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
