Madonna Sticky & Sweet Giveaway Contest

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America or Canada (except Quebec) and who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 04:00 PM PT on March 31, 2010 and ends at 12:00 PM PT on April 20, 2010.

How To Enter : Enter via Internet by going to the Sweepstakes registration page located at Madonna.com/stickyandsweetgiveaway.com and complete the registration form.

Limit : One entry per valid email address will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prize consisting of an auto-graphed DVD of the Sticky & Sweet concert, an official DVD t-shirt, a Sticky & Sweet photo book, a Sticky & Sweet Tour program and a one-year subscription to SPIN Magazine. Approximate Retail Value the Grand Prize is: $130 Dollars and No Cents ($130.00).

Three (3) Runner-up Prize of an auto-graphed DVD of the Sticky & Sweet concert and an official DVD t-shirt. Approximate Retail Value of the Runner-up Prize is: $45 Dollars and No Cents ($45.00).

Winners : A winner’s list is available only within sixty (60) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. Mail request to Sweepstakes Winners, MADONNA STICKY & SWEET GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES, 2 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, Attention: Madonna Contest Administrator. In order to obtain a winner’s list, where permitted by law, send your written request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope (residents of VT and WA may omit return postage).
