Hershey’s Cash 4 Gas Instant Win Game

Eligibility : Game open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 16 years of age or older by May 16, 2008.

Promotion Period : Promotion is scheduled to end on the earlier of December 31, 2008 or when the supply of specially marked HERSHEY’S “Cash4Gas” game pieces has been exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Limit : Limit one (1) free game piece per request per postmarked outer envelope. Only one (1) person per winning game piece may claim prize.  Limit one (1) prize per name/address/household.

Prize (s):
Fifty (50) Grand Prizes.  Grand Prize winner will receive $2,340 cash, awarded in the form of a check (payable to winner) to be used towards the purchase of gas for one (1) year.  Assumes $45 per week for a total of fifty-two (52) weeks.  Approximate retail value (ARV): $2,340.00 each winner.  Odds of winning: 1:213,500.

Five Thousand Five Hundred (5,500) First Prizes: First Prize winner will receive $45 cash, awarded in the form of a check (payable to winner) to be used for the purchase of gas for one week.  ARV: $45.00 each winner.  Odds of winning 1:1,940
