The Guinness Dublin Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of Alabama, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington State and Wisconsin, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on March 1, 2019 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 1, 2019. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person.
