• The Stuck At Prom Scholarship Contest is open to any participant who meets the following requirements: (i) is a legal resident of (and is physically located or resides in) the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions (excluding, Maryland, Colorado, Vermont, Nebraska and North Dakota), or is a legal resident of (and is physically located or resides in) Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec); (ii) is 14 years of age or older; and (iii) is enrolled in a high school or home school association at the high-school level during the 2023-2024 school year. Anyone who was designated as a Finalist in a previous Duck® Brand Duct Tape Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest is not eligible to participate in this Contest.
