Review : Hotdog Rollpack is anything but a typical yoga mat bag. It’s an all-in-one ! You can pack it like a gym bag, hang it like a garment bag and carry it like a mat bag.

Packs like a gym bag.
Unlike other yoga mat bags that are design to simply carry your yoga mat, the Hotdog Rollpack let you pack everything you need including your yoga/street clothes, accessories and personal items thanks to the 8 separate storage spaces including clothing section, yoga mat sling, 2 divided cargo pockets, zippered phone/I.D. pocket. You can even fit in a water bottle in the stretchy, moisture-wicking water bottle pocket.

It might be a small details for some but I appreciate the fact that these pockets have been placed on the opposite side of the garment compartment. Once hanged, the pockets won’t be flipped over which will prevent stuff from getting all mixed up and will prevent your water bottle from leaking. Both cargo pockets are padded to help secure your personal stuff (cellphone, watch, etc..).

Another pocket (zipper pocket) is located on the opposite side which is perfect for quick access to smaller items like drivers license or membership card. Your stuff will be well organized. Way better than a regular gym bag.

You can fits any yoga mat, including extra long, pro-type/extra thick large yoga mats. Just put your mat in the middle, roll the pack around it, and clip it together ! A removable tie-down is including for extra security.

Hangs like a garment bag.
Unlike gym bags, the Hotdog Rollpack lets you pack your practice clothes flat, like a garment bag.
Of course, you could use a gym bag, fold your clothes and let them lay freely at the bottom of the bag but you could also opt for a large, ventilated inside garment pocket with hanger hole. Which one sounds better ? You can even put your clothes on a hanger for easy wrinkle-free storage. You won’t get this with a gym bag.

Carries like a mat bag.
Gym bags are often big and heavyweight but not the Hotdog Rollpack. Even with all all the storage spaces, the Rollpack yoga bag tickles the scale at a scant 20 ounces. The sleek, modern styling of fine luggage makes the Rollpack yoga bag a great-looking travel companion.

The materials are very high quality. It’s made of coated, weather and stain resistant materials. It’s easy to clean and won’t adsorb moisture or odors.

The Hotdog Rollpack™ Yoga Mat Bag comes only in Black (exterior) and Aqua (interior). While it’s a really nice choice of colors, I would have appreciated other colors options.

Oh and it also comes with a FREE GIFT! A Hotdog Yoga “Equanimity” wrist band. This important word appears in Sanskrit around the silicone band, as a daily reminder to find calm and balance.

I don’t practice yoga but if I would do it, I would definately use the Hotdog Rollpack™ Yoga Mat Bag to carry my stuff because it’s a ridiculously practical bag.
