Start at the gate! Zoom through the crank launcher! Win the trophy! The Chugger Championship Rev’n Race Deluxe Playset is kid-powered and does not require batteries. Place Koko in the automatic gate and start cranking to watch her zoom through the track! When Koko wins, the trophy pops up as she completes a victory lap and refuels at the fuel depot.
This huge set has a layout over 4 feet long, and includes Chugger Championship Koko. Also works with other Chugger Championship Die-Cast Engines and regular Chuggignton Die-Cast Engines

Chuggington Chugger Championship Rev’n Race Playset Review : Christmas is around the corner and we will soon all be searching for great gift ideas for our kids. When I receive the Chuggington Chugger Championship Rev’n Race Playset to try out, I was happy for two reasons. First, I had a brand new toy to play with my kids and second, I had the chance to review a toy and recommend it or not as one of the best gift ideas for your kids.

These days, a lot of toys require batteries. The Chugger Championship Rev’n Race Deluxe Playset is kid-powered and does not require batteries and I love it ! So instead of turning on the engine, you have to crank it up to get Koko going.

The crank requires some practice before you can use it properly in order turn it fast enough to get the train down the track, but slow enough to not get the train to flip over.
However, even if your kid is not able to crank, there’s still a lot of fun to have by just moving Koko manually.

The set has a layout over 4 feet long so you’ll need some space to assemble it and play.
Speaking of assembly, the set is not too difficult to put together but it will still require some work the first time you assemble it.
Once you figured it out, it should be easier the next times. On the other hand, younger kids won’t be able to assemble it by themselves and your assistance might often be required.

The set includes Chugger Championship Koko and also works with other Chugger Championship Die-Cast Engines and regular Chuggignton Die-Cast Engines which is great because you won’t have to buy extra engines to play with it if you already have some.

If your kid is a fan of trains, the Chuggington Chugger Championship Rev’n Race Playset is definitely a toy to consider for Christmas !

Pros:
+ Kid-powered (does not require batteries)
+ Works with other Chugger Championship Die-Cast Engines and regular Chuggignton Die-Cast Engines (no extra expenses !)

Cons:
– Younger kids could have difficulties to assemble the track by themselves

Winner : We will pick 2 lucky persons and announce the winners here on December 7, 2011.

I lost my disability income last year and I’ve also now lost my student aid. We are surviving on one income. My daughter turns 4 on Dec. 5th and I can afford 1 present right now being a Happy Napper. This would be such an awesome gift to be able to give her from “Santa”. It’s not about what you get, but who you’re with is what we’ve told her, but to be able to give her something for Christmas would be amazing.
