To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about these knives before I used them. It’s probably due to the fact that I haven’t used knives with white blades. However, I changed my mind pretty quickly after the first cut. I am very impressed with the sharpness of these knives.
I tried to cut several kinds of food and no matter if it was fruits, vegetables or meat, it worked pretty well each time. One important thing to remember is the angle at which you are cutting or peeling, this will completely change your experience if done correctly.
The Classic 6-Inch Ceramic Chef Knife is great to cut meat while the Classic 3-Inch Ceramic Paring Knife is great for everyday use.
The Classic Horizontal Ceramic Peeler works as good as the knives no matter if you peel sweet potatoes, carrots, apples, pears or cucumbers.
In some cases, I found it a bit harder to peel “softer” fruits/vegetables (like a well ripe pear). If not held at the proper angle, the peeler tends to rip off the peel instead of peeling it
These knives are sharp, functional, easy to clean and worth the price ! I would recommend to all.
