All you have to do is register for the SlimFast Pick A Date Sweepstakes at SlimFast.com/PickADate for a chance to win the Grand Prize, Monthly Prize or Weekly Prize.

Three lucky grand prize winners, 36 monthly winners, 52 weekly winners, thousands of dollars in prizes. What are you waiting for?

Eligibility: The SlimFast Pick A Date Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States, and D.C. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have a computer and access to the internet.

Sweepstakes Period: Begins on January 5, 2017 at 7:00 a.m. ET and ends on December 31, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Limit: Entrants may enter once at any time during the Sweepstakes Period for a chance to win the Grand Prize or a Monthly or Weekly Prize, however, only Entrants that enter by 10:59 AM ET on the applicable Friday will get a chance to win the Grand and Secondary Prizes for that week.

Grand Prize (3): A total of 3 Entrants will receive their choice of one of the following amazing packages or cash prizes:
