Nestlé Find My Butterfinger Promotion

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : You (“Entrant”) may enter the Nestlé Find My Butterfinger Promotion between 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/13/09 and 11:59:59 pm ET on 10/31/09 (“Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to DudeWheresMyBar.com and follow the instructions.

Limit : Limit one (1) Registration Entry per person per email address via the Promotion.  Once you have registered you do not need to register again each time you visit the Web Site but you need only enter your unique user ID and password when prompted.  After registering, an Entrant may earn up to six (6) additional entries (one for each Game played).    Entrants will earn and there is a limit of one (1) additional entry into an Entry Period Drawing for each Game attempted; entry will be for the Entry Period Drawing for the Entry Period during which the Game is first played by the Entrant.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: a Butterfinger, 14 carat, solid gold bar worth $10,000 US (ARV as of 10/05/09 and fluctuates with gold market), estimated weight 9.83 troy ounces.  A trip for one (1) (winner) to Los Angeles, CA.  Trip includes roundtrip coach class airfare for one (1) (winner) from major airport near Winner’s residence in the United States, to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations for two (2) days / one (1) night (one (1) room, double occupancy); transportation to and from the airport and hotel in Los Angeles and to and from the hotel and the meet and greet with Seth Green, subject to Seth’s availablility, and must take place by 11/30/2009.  (ARV: $2,900 each).  Total ARV of Grand Prize: $12,900.

Five (5) Entry Period One Prizes: a DJ Renegade/Guitar Hero bundle.  ARV: $325.25 each.

Five (5) Entry Period Two Prizes: a IPhone 3GS.  ARV:  $317 each.
