Eligibility : The Countdown to Ben 10 : Alien Swarm Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Maine) and the District of Columbia, who are at least six (6) years of age and no older that seventeen (17) years of age at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Countdown to Ben 10 : Alien Swarm Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:01 a.m. ET on October 2, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 29, 2009 (“Promotional Period”).

How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must log on to Ben10countdown.com during the Promotional Period and follow the directions to enter and submit participant’s email address.

Limit : one (1) entry per person, household and e-mail address per calendar day/ prize drawing.

Prize (s):

Fifty-Nine (59) Prize Winners (One (1) Winner from each of the fifty-nine (59) daily prize drawings) will receive one (1) exclusive, custom watch based on the Ben 10 Alien Force Ominitrix™, at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of five hundred dollars ($500).
