Eligibility : Win The Ultimate Holiday Entertaining Package Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding California, Tennessee, and Utah) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.  Residents of New Jersey, Texas, Vermont, South Carolina, and Oregon are not eligible to participate in the Instant Win Game.

Promotion Period : The Win The Ultimate Holiday Entertaining Package Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game begins on October 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each eligible participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $10,000 Home Entertaining Package that consists of approximately $5,014.48 of recommended kitchen and cookware products from America’s Test Kitchen including small appliances, grilling equipment, bakeware, pots and pans, knives, and other kitchen items, and $5,000 cash from Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi. Instant Win Game Prizes: FOUR (4) FIRST PRIZES: An America’s Test Kitchen library including nine (9) DVDs, nine (9) companion cookbooks, and a collection of eighteen (18) cookbooks from their “Best Recipe” series. ARV: $1,000. TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: A collection of eighteen (18) America’s Test Kitchen cookbooks, perfect for entertaining. ARV: $500.
