Weather Channel RESTORE YOUR OUTDOORS Contest

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are homeowners as of April 18, 2011 and physically reside in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Contest Period.

Promotion Period : Begin on April 18, 2011 at 9:00 A.M. ET and end on May 15, 2011 at 11:59 P.M. ET

Limit : You may enter once during the Contest Period.

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize consists of (a) Makeover for the Grand Prize Winner scheduled to be conducted and recorded on May 18-28, 2011 and shown on The Weather Channel May 29, 2011 (“Broadcast”), at the Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence and surrounding area (“Broadcast”) and (b) fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) awarded in the form of a line of credit at Ace Hardware to purchase lawn and garden equipment, outdoor living accessories and any other elements for the Makeover. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Broadcast is zero dollars ($0). ERV of Grand Prize is fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000).
