Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : Begin on 11/1/10 at 12:00:01 a.m. eastern time (“ET”) and end on 12/17/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) “Ultimate Comfort In Your Home Prize Package” that will consist of: a) one (1) premium leather recliner; b) one (1) sixty inch (60”) LCD TV; c) one (1) blue-ray DVD player; d) one (1) Surround sound stereo; and e) one (1) pair of Johnston & Murphy Shearling Slippers. Exact style, color, make and model of all products in the prize package will be decided solely in Sponsor’s discretion. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

First Prizes: Ten (10) First Prize winners will receive their choice of one (1) of the following items, all of which have an ARV of three hundred dollars ($300): a) one (1) three hundred dollar ($300) Johnston & Murphy gift card; b) one (1) Apple ® iPod Touch®; c) one (1) Flip™ Camera; d) one three hundred dollar ($300) Restaurant.com gift card. Total ARV of all First Prizes is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
