The Taylor Morrison Dream Home Giveaway Sweepstakes

Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”)

Promotion Period : The Taylor Morrison Dream Home Giveaway Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins on Friday, June 20, 2008 at 9:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at 11:59 pm PT (”Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Special promotional codes (”Promotional Codes”) will be available at select locations, including but not limited to Disneyland Park and Taylor Morrison sales centers. By entering the Promotional Code during entry, an Entrant will automatically receive the maximum number of entries into the Sweepstakes without re-entering each day. If an Entrant does not have a Promotional Code, the Entrant will be limited to one (1) entry per person and/or email address per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes (sixty-one (61) total days).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize is available.
The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Taylor Morrison single-family residence (“Grand Prize Home”) located in the Taylor Morrison or legacy Morrison Homes/Taylor Woodrow community of the Winner’s choice (communities are located in the following states:  Florida, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado and California) (”Community”); and one (1) trip (”Trip”) for the Winner and up to three (3) travel guests (“Guests”) to the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California.

Trip consists of:
A.) Hotel accommodations for Winner and Guests for three (3) nights (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) at a Disney designated hotel at the Disneyland® Resort;
B.) Roundtrip coach-class air travel for up to four (4) from the major metropolitan airport in the U.S. nearest winner’s residence to a Southern California area airport, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion (air transportation provided only if winner does not reside within 250 miles of Disneyland® Resort);
C.) Round-trip ground transfers from the destination airport to Disneyland® Resort (ground transfers provided only if winner does not reside within 250 miles of Disneyland® Resort;
D.) Four (4) 4-Day Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Trip is $3,500.

The Grand Prize Home consists of:
A.) The winner’s choice of a Taylor Morrison home elevation/floor plan not to exceed a construction value of $200,000 (including structure, options, appliances, lot, and landscaping – actual retail value may vary depending on local property values and geographic location) as of June 20, 2008 in the Community selected by winner;
B.) $10,000 worth of Hewlett Packard merchandise, as selected by the Winner in consultation with representatives of Hewlett Packard;
C.) $10,000 worth of Microsoft merchandise, as selected by the Winner with representatives of Microsoft;
D.) $10,000 worth of LifeWare merchandise, as selected by the Winner in consultation with representatives of LifeWare (B, C, and D collectively, the “Prize Merchandise”). Winner and Sponsor will work together to choose the home/floor plan and options; however the Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to the home/floor plan and options. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $233,500.
