Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes, you must (a) be a lawful permanent resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia; and (b) be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18 years of age or older in the US) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Follow Your Dreams with Serta® Bedroom Makeover Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2010, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit six (6) Entries per person submitted online during the Sweepstakes Period (in the form of one (1) Online Entry and five (5) RAF Entries)

Prize (s):
a.) One (1) Grand Prize: The Bedroom Makeover shall consist of $10,000.00 total towards the following:
Consultation with a Sponsor designated designer (consultation may take place remotely using photos, phone, email, or mail, at Sponsor’s sole discretion);

• • A Serta Mattress of your choice (up to $2,000.000 Retail Value); and
  • Funds towards labor, paint, furnishings, art, and décor (as determined by the winner and consultant)

    Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000. $10,000 allocated to the Grand Prize includes costs for all Bedroom Makeover elements, including the design consultation. In no event shall Sponsor fund more than $10,000 in its entirety toward the Grand Prize Bedroom Makeover. Please see Section 6 for additional prize restrictions related to the Grand Prize.

b.) 10 First Prizes: One (1) Serta® Follow Your Dream Mattress Set (winner’s choice; any size and comfort) up to $1,500 Retail Value. ARV per First prize: $1,500.00. Includes delivery. The Serta Mattress Set may be awarded in the form of a gift card/gift certificate or voucher to a retailer near the winner’s residence (valued at $1,500.00). If a winner bought a new Serta mattress during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will refund the amount paid by the winner up to $1,500 (including delivery charge); winner must provide Sponsor with proof of purchase.

c.) 50 Second Prizes: One (1) iLuv HD Radio for iPod & iPhone (model: iHD171). ARV per Second prize: $159.99.

d.) 75 Third Prizes: One (1) Set of DIY, Makeover & Interior Design Books. The Book Set may be awarded in the form of a gift card to a major bookstore valued at $50.00 (for in-store or online purchases). Use of gift card shall be subject to terms contained on gift card. ARV per Third prize: $50.00
