Eligibility : Relax & Live Well Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Relax & Live Well Sweepstakes begins on March 15, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 15, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://lazboy.promo.eprize.com/relax and complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each participant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry/Instant Win Game play per day for registering/logging in, and up to two (2) additional Sweepstakes entries per day for answering trivia questions correctly during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Gavin Sofa, a Gavin Loveseat, and a Gavin Recliner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,277 USD.

TEN (10) MONTHLY PRIZES: The prize for which you are eligible depends on the Month during which you play the Instant Win Game. The monthly prizes and the associated ARVs for each prize are listed in the chart below:
