Regis & Kelly’s Dream Home Giveaway
Eligibility : Open to permanent legal residents of the 50 states of the U.S., Washington D.C. (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) or permanent legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are physically located therein and who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside, as of the date of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on February 4, 2011 at 1:01 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 4, 2011

Limit : Limit three (3) Entries per person/Contestant during the entire Contest Period
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a Home (house or condo) not to exceed $350,000 within his/ her suggested residential area as described in his/her Letter or Telephone Interview. Sponsor (at its sole discretion) will purchase the Home and sign over said home to the winner in winners’ name, or otherwise contractually arrange for the direct transfer of the Home to the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Home: from $250,000 up to $350,000 (USD). In addition, Stanley Steemer will provide professional cleaning services of the Home (as needed and applicable at Sponsor’s sole discretion) prior to the winner’s move, valued up to: $3,000 USD). Sponsor will also re-furbish and/or decorate the Home (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) valued up to $50,000 USD. This may include (but not be limited to) minor repairs, basic landscaping, or painting. Grand Prize winner will also receive a cash award (in the form of a check made out to the Grand Prize winner) to help offset any tax liability. ARV of cash award from $87,500 to $122,500 (USD). The total estimated ARV of Grand Prize up to: $525,500 (USD).

Box 11353, Burbank, CA 91510. All requests must be received by May 4, 2011. These Official Rules will also be available on the Website during the entire Contest.

Love the show!!! I spent the last 10 years praying for a home… My family and I have been renting in westchester ny for 10 years… Really need a home of our own,the place where we are is to SMALL. I have 2 wonderful boys one 16 and the other 5, hard for them to share the same room..Our area in west harrison is a great place a raise a family! Thats why we stayed so long and of cause not having the money to buy a home has keeped us here longer then expected. We would move any where right now because its way over due… Some hardships.. My husband and I work very hard, Ive been a preschool teacher for 20 years! It’sJust not enough…

My name is Tamisha Boyd i have 4 kids singal mother and it is hard to take care of 4 kids and trying to keep a roof over there heads. Since thay been born thay never had a place to call there own. I am 27 trying to get a job i can’t hold a job because i can’t find any body to keep the kids i don’t have any body on my side to help me with child car i love my kids and i want them to be happy. I dont want them to grow up like i did i was taken away from my grandma when i was 6 and growing up in foster care going from home to home. I don’t want my kids to grow up with out me. I love them. I had to move to winston salem with my cousin because my family didn’t want me and my kids there the only person to take us in was my cousin. If there is any thing u can do to help me please thank you.
