New Year No Clutter

Eligibility : The New Year No Clutter (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The New Year No Clutter begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”), January 5, 2009 and ends at 11:50 p.m. ET, February 13, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :
During the Promotion Period, purchase 1 Sodexo combo meal including a
Coca-Cola beverage at any participating Sodexo location to receive a game card. The game card will feature a code (”Code”). During the Promotion Period, visit www.newyearnoclutter.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid work address. You will also be required to enter the Code and enter the name of your company. The code you enter will determine which store location you are eligible to win 1 of the 1,101 First Prizes. You will automatically receive 2 entries into the Sweepstakes (1 for the Grand Prize and 1 for the First Prize).

If you would like to receive 2 Sweepstakes entries (1 for the Grand Prize and 1 for the First Prize) without purchasing a Sodexo combo meal, mail a 3″x5″ piece of paper with your name, address, day/evening phone number in an envelope with proper postage to “New Year No Clutter - Sweepstakes Entry,” c/o ePrize, LLC, P.O. Box 8070, Royal Oak, MI 48068-8070. All entries must be postmarked by February 13, 2009 and received by February 20, 2009.

Limit : 2 Sweepstakes entries (1 for the Grand Prize and 1 for the First Prize) per day during the Promotion Period regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

1 Grand Prize: 5 sessions with a professional help organizer and a $1,000 gift certificate to Organize.com. Each session lasts for 3 hours. Prize valid for 1 year from approved winning date. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $3,250.

1,101 First Prizes (1 per store location and free method of entry): A get organized prize pack. Prize includes storage bin and the book, “Organizing from the Inside Out”. ARV: $30.

Winner List requests will only be available after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than June 20, 2009.
