Eligibility : The Make Life Simple Room Makeover Sweepstakes is open only to homeowners who are legal residents of the continental U.S. (except Vermont and North Dakota) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are the homeowner of record of the premises located in the continental U.S. (except Vermont and North Dakota) and the District of Columbia that is the subject of the entry

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 19, 2008

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person

Prize (s):

(A) Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the following: (i) $15,000; (ii) a services voucher from Stanley Steemer with a value up to $250; and (iii) a personalized consultation with HGTV host, Sabrina Soto. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $15,250.

(B) Weekly Prizes: Eight (8) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive a services voucher from Stanley Steemer with a value up to $250. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: $2,000.
