Eligibility : The ECKRICH $25,000 Kitchen Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old or (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The ECKRICH $25,000 Kitchen Makeover Sweepstakes begins on March 13, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on June 1, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.eckrichkitchen.com and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE (1 Winner) – One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a gift card redeemable at a home improvement retailer of Sponsor’s choice with a retail value of $15,000 and a $10,000 certified check made out to the name on the winning entry. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) $25,000.00

FIRST PRIZE - Five (5) First Prize winners will each receive a gift card redeemable at a home improvement retailer of Sponsor’s choice with a retail value of $5,000. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) $5,000.00

SECOND PRIZE - Ten (10) Second Prize winners will each receive a gift card redeemable at a home improvement retailer of Sponsor’s choice with a retail value of $500. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) $500.00

MINI SAUSAGE PIZZAS : 8 oz. SMOKED SAUSAGE, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, 1-3.75 oz. tube flaky style biscuits (6 biscuits), 2 T.tomato paste, Dried leaf oregano to taste, Fennel seeds to taste, 1/2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven 400. Crumble sausage into small skillet. Add garlic powder and cumin. Cook and stir sausage until brown; drain. On lightly floures surface, roll out each biscuit to a 3 1/2″ diameter. Place circles on baking sheet. Spread each circle with 1 teaspoon tomato paste. Bake 12 minutes or until crustts are browned. Make 6 small pizzas. ISABEL DEBATRES.

shure can’t live with out my Eckrich sausages! there So GOOD!

1 pkg macaroni salt and pepper
1 lb Eckrich beef sausage thinly sliced 2 to 3 Tbsp flour
1 onion chopped milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped cheese slices

Cook macaroni. Brown sausage and add onion,green pepper, salt and pepper to taste, 2 or 3 Tbsp flour
and add enough milk to make a sauce. Put 1 layer of macaroni in a casserole dish. Spread cheese slices over the macaroni and add 1/2 of sausage mixture over cheese. Repeat. Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
