Grand Prize:One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize, which will consist of a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Spring City, Tennessee (known specifically as Lot #5 in the Lakefront Estates Development) with a value of approximately Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000) (includes the real property and the house only without furnishings), (the “Blog Cabin“). Total (approximate retail value (”ARV”)) ARV of Grand Prize is $750,000.
