Christmas Movie My House Contest : Win a $75,000 Grisworld Family Christmas Home Makeover!

Remember the National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation ? The movie was released 25 years ago and to celebrate, Fandango is giving away a $75,000 Grisworld Family Christmas Home Makeover!

The prize includes $40,000 to create an incredible Christmas home decoration installation similar to the one in the movie and $25,000 to cover the electric bill ! Plus, over $5,000 worth of wrapped holiday gifts for you and your loved ones and a year worth of Fandango movie tickets for your family ! An holiday prize valued at over $75,000 !

All you have to do to enter is submit a short essay (maximum of 100 words) at fandango.com/christmasmoviemyhouse telling why your family deserves the Grisworld Family Christmas Home Makeover including a photo of both your family and your house. Enter once, no later than 6:00 p.m. PT on November 16, 2014.

Between 6:01 p.m. PT on November 16, 2014 and 12:00 p.m. PT on November 18, 2014, judges will select the top Entry based on the following judging criteria:

• strength of Essay (50%)
• overall adherence to the Contest Theme (50%)

Open only to permanent, legal residents of forty-eight (48) of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen years of age, as of November 3, 2014. Must have access to the Internet at all times during the Contest Period.
