2009 Nobody Outcleans The Maids Instant Win Sweepstakes

Eligibility : 2009 Nobody Outcleans The Maids Instant Win Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) and legal residents of the British Columbia, Ontario, and Nova Scotia Canadian provinces who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The 2009 Nobody Outcleans The Maids Instant Win Sweepstakes begins on March 16, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 14, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit www.maids.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, advance to the Instant Win Game page, and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play. Each day you subsequently login, you will also receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game and see if you are a potential instant winner. Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the Instant Win Game and will be provided directions for validation. Administrator is responsible for the functionality of the Instant Win Game.

Limit :  Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

FIVE (5) GRAND PRIZES: One (1) gift certificate (terms and conditions apply) for a year’s worth of every-other-week regular maid service provided by The Maids Home Services not to exceed Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500 USD, and must be fully redeemed between July 31, 2009 to July 31, 2010. Winners outside of The Maids service areas, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion, will receive the cash equivalent of $2,500 USD.

THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: A Luxury Included® Family Vacation at any of the four (4)Beaches Resorts located in Turks & Caicos, or Jamaica. Prize package includes luxury accommodations for two (2) adults, eighteen (18) years of age or older, and two (2) children, fifteen (15) years of age or younger, for three (3) nights at the winner selected Beaches Resorts (single room, quad occupancy); ground transportation to/from the designated airport (Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay, Jamaica or Providenciales International Airport, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos) and resort (Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa, Beaches Negril Resort & Spa, Beaches Sandy Bay, or Beaches Boscobel Resort & Golf Club) as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; all meals and premium brand beverages for length of stay (menus determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); daily and nightly entertainment (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and land and water sports activities (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Instant Win Game Prizes:
TWENTY FIVE (25) THIRD PRIZES: One (1) gift certificate for a The Maids Home Services one-time regular maid service clean. Certificate must be redeemed before September 30, 2009. Winners outside of The Maids Home Services service areas, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will receive the cash equivalent. ARV: $150 USD.

SIX (6) FOURTH PRIZES: Gift basket that contains items for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Sponsor will determine exact contents of the Gift basket in its sole discretion. ARV: $150 USD.

NINETY-ONE (91) FIFTH PRIZES: $50 gift certificates (terms and conditions apply) for food and flower gifts. Sponsor will determine exact retailer in its sole discretion. ARV: $50 USD

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SIXTH PRIZES: One (1) year subscription to Country Living magazine. ARV: $47.88 USD.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SEVENTH PRIZES: One (1) year subscription to Good Housekeeping magazine. ARV: $41.88 USD.
