Eligibility : The 2009 DIY Blog Cabin Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) on August 14, 2009 until 5:00 p.m. ET on October 2, 2009

How To Enter : You may enter the 2009 DIY Blog Cabin Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) online by visiting the DIY website (www.diynetwork.com) (the “DIY Website”) and completing the online entry form

Limit : One (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day

Prize (s):

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win the Grand Prize, which will consist of the following: (i) a home (based on the winning design from a previously held online vote) located in Marshall, North Carolina (includes the real property, landscaping, a selection of Kenmore appliances, and the house only — furnishings not included) with a value of approximately Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000)(the “Blog Cabin”); and (ii) a selection of Craftsman tools (ARV: $3,066).  Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $503,066.

Winners : Beginning on or about October 30, 2009, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, either by going to the DIY Website (www.diynetwork.com) or mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “DIY’s Blog Cabin Winner’s List”, P.O. Box 52915, Knoxville, TN 37950. Requests received after December 4, 2009 will not be honored.
