See A New You Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The See A New You Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The See A New You Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (all times are Eastern Time) on March 23, 2009, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on June 12, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ($6,484.95 Total ARV) consists of the following:
*Visual Therapy Personal Consultation ($5,000 ARV): One winner will be awarded a personal wardrobe and lifestyle makeover from Joe Lupo and Jesse Garza of Visual Therapy. Visual Therapy will travel to the winner’s home on a mutually agreed upon date (no expense to the winner) and go through their step by step process which includes:

*One Year Supply of Bausch & Lomb PureVision or Soflens MultiFocal Contact Lenses ($360 ARV): A one (1) year supply of multi-focal contact lenses including an eye exam by winner’s eye care practitioner ($100 maximum ARV). To fulfill prize, winner must provide his or her contact lens prescription.
*Wardrobe Additions ($1,000 ARV): Clothing and accessory items will be provided to the winner based on the outcome of the personal wardrobe and lifestyle makeover and the winner’s own style type and wardrobe gaps.
*An autographed copy of Visual Therapy’s ‘Life in Color’ book ($24.95 ARV).
