Eligibility : The Nivea Good-bye Cellulite Hello Bikini Challenge is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have Internet access and a valid e-mail address prior to March 23, 2009.

Promotion Period : The Nivea Good-bye Cellulite Hello Bikini Challenge begins at 10:00 am on March 23, 2009 and ends at 11:59 am ET on August 31, 2009

How To Enter : To enter, visit www.NIVEAusa.com/bikini (the “Sweepstakes Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow instructions to complete in full and submit the online entry form and register for the challenge.

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes via the online entry form.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize to be awarded. The potential grand prize winner will be selected during the monthly drawing to be held on or about August 1, 2009, or the business day immediately thereafter. Grand prize consists of a head-to-toe summer bikini make-over. Make-over includes one (1) gift certificate valued at $1,000 to a local spa of the winner’s choosing, where such certificates are accepted and one (1) limited-edition NIVEA bikini from the designer Shay Todd, in a style, color and size designated at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its representative (ARV of grand prize $1,188).

FIRST PRIZE: One hundred (100) first prizes to be awarded. Each first prize is a limited-edition NIVEA bikini from Shay Todd, each in a style, color and size designated at the sole discretion of Sponsor or its representative. (ARV of each first prize: $188).

SECOND PRIZE: One hundred (100) second prizes to be awarded. Each second prize is a NIVEA summer tote bag, style and color designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. (ARV of each second prize: $25).
