Eligibility : Open to legal  residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North  Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia who are 18 years of age  or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Zaxby’s Great Tailgate Giveaway begins  on 9/28/09 at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 11/30/09 at 11:59:59  pm ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Log on to www.zaxbystailgate.com (“Web Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period.  Follow on-screen directions to properly  complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into the  Sweepstakes.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry  per person and/or email address per day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: a $1,000 pre-paid Visa gift card (gift card is subject to the terms and  conditions set by the issuer).

ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE: a $500 pre-paid Zaxby’s gift card*.

FIVE (5) SECOND PRIZES: a $100 pre-paid Zaxby’s gift card*.

TEN (10) THIRD PRIZES: a $20 pre-paid Zaxby’s gift card*.
