Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes, you must, at the time of entry, a) be a lawful, permanent resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, b) be 18 years of age or older, and c) be physically located in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia.  Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Where Can Power Balance Take You? Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time [“EDT”]) on July 26, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: A $5,000 travel or activity allowance for the winner and one (1) travel companion; a $1,000 gift card to a sporting goods retailer or department store selected by Sponsor (for winner only) and $1,500 in spending money (for winner only). (Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] $7,500.00.

Ten (10) First Prizes:Each winner will select and receive one (1) product out of the four (4) following sports equipment products:  1) a Spalding Professional NBA Game Basketball (ARV $119.99), 2) a Wilson NFL Official Game Football (ARV $89.99, 3) a Rawlings ROMLB Official Major League Baseball (ARV $12.99), or 4) a Wilson AVP official Game Volleyball (ARV $59.99).

Winner List : To receive a winners list or an additional copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by November 30, 2010, to: Where Can Power Balance Take You? i want a powerbalance so bad i have back pains and it will help with that also with pitching and playing firstball and 3rd on the vasity baseball team also help with basketball and lifting
