Eligibility : Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day Wild Card Instant Win Game (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day Wild Card Instant Win Game begins on January 28, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 14, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit victoriassecret.com/wildcard and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each participant may play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

EIGHTEEN (18) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per day): $500 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

THREE HUNDRED SIXTY (360) FIRST PRIZES (twenty (20) per day): $50 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card. ARV: $50.

ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) SECOND PRIZES (ten (10) per day): A Victoria’s Secret Limited Edition Wild at Heart Bear. ARV: $25.

FIVE HUNDRED FORTY (540) THIRD PRIZES (thirty (30) per day): One (1) 8.4 oz. bottle of Victoria’s Secret Love Rocks™ Mist fragrance. ARV: $10.

NINE HUNDRED (900) FOURTH PRIZES (fifty (50) per day): $10 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card. ARV: $10.
