Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Countdown

Eligibility : Fashion Show Countdown (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state/province of residence at the time of entry, whichever is higher.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on November 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 1, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Limit : Each entrant may enter one (1) time per Phase by any method of entry during each applicable Phase.

Prize (s):

FIFTY (50) PHASE 1 PRIZES: US $50 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 U.S.D.

TWENTY (20) PHASE 2 PRIZES: Glam Goodie Bag including Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Eau de Parfum; Victoria’s Secret make-up kit; and Heavenly Shimmer Brush. Sponsor will determine all details of goodie bag in its sole discretion. ARV: $100 U.S.D.

TWENTY (25) PHASE 3 PRIZES: Autographed Photo of Victoria’s Secret Models. Sponsor will determine all details of photos and the models in the photos in its sole discretion. ARV: $175 U.S.D.

TEN (10) PHASE 4 PRIZES: Fashion Show Goodie Bag including: Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Hoodie; Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Tank; Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Backstage Wrap; I Heart Victoria’s Secret T-shirt. Sponsor will determine all features of the contents of the bag including the sizes of the clothing. ARV: $200 U.S.D.

TEN (10) PHASE 5 PRIZES: Autographed Katy Perry CD. ARV: $100 U.S.D.

ONE (1) PHASE 6 PRIZE: US $1,000 Victoria’s Secret Shopping Spree, awarded as a US $1,000 Victoria’s Secret Gift Card. Winner is subject to the terms and conditions of the Gift Card. ARV: $1,000 U.S.D.

ONE (1) PHASE 7 PRIZE: Jewelry from the Damiani Collection. Sponsor will determine the exact piece of jewelry in its sole discretion. ARV: $2,500 U.S.D.

ONE (1) PHASE 8 PRIZE: Swarovski Gift Set. Gift set includes Swarovski Miraculous bra; matching panty; thigh-high hosiery; garter belt; Swarovski crystal bottle bombshell fragrance. Sponsor will determine all items and features of gift set including sizes of clothing items. ARV: $600 U.S.D.

ONE (1) PHASE 9 PRIZE: Trip to see Katy Perry concert and meet and greet. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; three (3) days and two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); breakfast daily; ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; two (2) concert tickets to Katy Perry concert; transportation to and from Katy Perry concert; and meet and greet with Katy Perry..
