Ultimate Snack-off Consumer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Ultimate Snack-off Consumer Sweepstakes (the“Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the U.S. (excludingPuerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of ageor older or the legal age of majority in their state/province of residenceas of January 1, 2009.

Promotion Period :  Beginning 12:00:01 AM ET January 1, 2009 and ending 11:59:59 PM ET March 13, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter online by visiting www.SnackAlmonds.com (“Entry Site”), and voting for one of the four recipes featured on the site. Participants must also provide the following information: complete name, email address and date of birth.

Limit :  Limit one (1) entry per person, phone number, and/or e-mail address per day.
Participants will receive one (1) entry for each valid Tell A Friend email address they submit, up to four (4) additional entries.

During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may also receive up to four (4) entries to win a Cookbook by attempting to cook featured recipe(s) and sending an email with feedback and/or up to 4 pictures (no larger than3MB in file size and jpeg or gif files) related to the recipe(s) s/he prepared to almondideation@almondboard.com.

Prize (s):
One(1) Grand Prize: A Gift Certificate for a Grand Prize College Basketball Package (for winner and a travel companion) put together by the Grand Prize winner and Steiner Sports Marketing (approximate retail value up to USD $8,500).

Fifty (50) Cookbook Prizes: An Almond Inspiration cookbook (ARV USD$10 each).
