How To Enter : Each day during the Promotion Period that you enter a Periodic Sweepstakes by visiting www.ultimatepartymeatballs.com (the “Website”) and submitting all of the required information, you will automatically receive an entry into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per email address each calendar day during the Promotion Period.

Periodic Sweepstakes Prize (20)/ Five Winners for each Periodic Sweepstakes: Each Periodic Sweepstakes Winner will receive a Rival® CrockPot ® 4 qt. Slowcooker (ARV: $20.00 each? Total ARV of all Periodic Sweepstakes Prizes: $400.00)

Grand Prize (1): The potential Grand Prize Winner will receive as the Grand Prize Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) worth of assorted retailer Gift Cards, said Gift Cards to be solely selected by H. J. Heinz Company, LP and Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. (collectively, “CoSponsors” (ARV: $3,000).
