Eligibility : TruGreen Ultimate Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia), 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in state of residence) at time of entry.
Promotion Period : The TruGreen Ultimate Backyard Makeover Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 10, 2010 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on October 15, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: $30,000 in Lowe’s Gift Cards (intended to be used toward a Backyard Makeover and awarded as multiple gift cards in denominations totaling $30,000 in value). Lowe’s® Gift Cards are subject to state and federal regulations, are redeemable for merchandise only unless prohibited by law, and cannot be used to make payments on any charge/credit account. Lowe’s® Gift Cards may not be redeemed online and have no expiration date. Sponsor will also present the Grand Prize winner with a single cash “gross-up” payment of $15,454.55 which is intended to help defray the cost of the taxes related to the Grand Prize Gift Cards.Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize, including the gross-up payment, is $45,454.55.
