Eligibility: The TLC Summer Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on Tuesday, July 30, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. ET.

Limit: Limit one entry per person per Twitter and Instagram account.

Prize(s): The grand prize consists of a $2,500.00 Visa gift card along with a vinyl tote (ARV: $15.85), a hat (ARV: $10.00), a carabiner (ARV: $0.79), a hoodie (ARV: $24.25), a Tervis cup (ARV: $10.00), and a TLCGO workout tank (ARV: $8.10).
