Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States/D.C. and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of 7/5/08.

Promotion Period : The Sharpie Back to School Sweepstakes (”Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 am Central Daylight Time (“CDT”) on July 5, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 pm CDT on September 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).
