Eligibility : The Taylor Morrison’s Home Field Advantage Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories) who are 21 years of age or older at time of Promotion registration.

Promotion Period : The Taylor Morrison’s Home Field Advantage Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on January 3, 2010, (“Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : To receive one (1) entry in the Promotion visit tailgate.taylormorrison.com during the Promotion Period and complete the registration form

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Registration Entry per person/e-mail address per day during the Promotion Period, up to a total of ninety-five (95) entries.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize - One (1) overall Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entrants. The Grand Prize collectively consists of the following prize components: one (1) 55” LCD-LED HDTV with one (1) 980W 7.1 Channel Satellite Radio-Ready A/V Home Theater Receiver, (awarded as a $5,000 Best Buy gift card), one (1) Stainless Steel Gas Grill with Refrigerator, (awarded as a $1,500 Great Indoors gift card), $10,000 in family room furniture, (awarded as a $10,000 ClubFurniture.com gift card), one (1) $1,000 Gift Card from the grocery retailer of winner’s choice, “team jerseys for the Big Game”, awarded as a $1,000 gift card from NFLShop.com, and one (1) $1,500 catering allowance from restaurant of winner’s choice. The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all components in the Grand Prize is $20,000
Verified winner has the option of receiving the prize/prize components as described above, or a one-time cash payment by check of $10,000.
