Eligibility : The Contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The T-Mobile Sidekick Video Content Featuring Tony Hawk Contest (the “Contest”) commences at 9:00:01 AM (PT) on September 11, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (PT) on October 9, 2008 (the “Entry Period”)

Limit : You may enter as many times as you wish but each entry must be submitted separately.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize Winner will receive: (i) the opportunity to have their winning Video recognized as the Grand Prize Winner of the Contest on the Website and one (1) Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($2500.00) gift card, (the “Grand Prize”).

Second Place Winner will receive a One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00) gift card.

Third Place Winner will receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift card.
