Eligibility : T. Marzetti Ultimate Party Sweepstakes, (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : T. Marzetti Ultimate Party Sweepstakes begins 11/1/09 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends 2/7/10 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

How To Enter : Log on to MarzettiParty.com (“web site”) and enter your first and last name, street address including city, state and zip code, your email address, and phone number. Once complete, click the “submit” button and you will receive one entry into the weekly drawing and one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.

Limit : Limit one entry per person/email/home address per day.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: The Ultimate Party Package. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $2,500.
