Smosh Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Only persons who are 13 years of age or older as of August 3, 2009 are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and win a prize.

Promotion Period : The Smosh Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01am (California time) on August 3, 2009 and ends at 11:59pm (California time) on August 17, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter :Visit www.smosh.com/speedup and follow the instructions.

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

Ten (10) winners will be selected to each receive a SMOSH gift card or tee-shirt and a PUMA gift pack. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

One (1) 1st Place winner receives $100 Smosh gift card and PUMA prize pack including PUMA camo backpack, belt, wristbands, headband, and hat.

One (1) 2nd Place winner recieves $50 Smosh gift card and PUMA prize pack including PUMA backpack, wristbands, headband and hat.

One (1) 3rd Place winner receives $25 Smosh gift card and PUMA prize pack including PUMA backpack, wristbands, headband and hat.

Seven (7) 4th Place consolation prize winners receive a Smosh.com shirt and PUMA wristbands and headband.

Winners : The names of the winners may be obtained after August 31, 2009 and before September 30, 2009 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “SMOSH Sweepstakes,” Winners List, SMOSH, LLC, 525 Broadway Suite 240, Santa Monica, California 90401.
