Eligibility : The Shape Up With Taste Sweepstakes (“Promotion”, “Sweepstakes”) is open to any legal U.S. resident within the 50 United States and District of Columbia (residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territory or possession, and overseas military installations are excluded from entry and participation and where prohibited by law), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Between 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) – May 3, 2009 and 11:59:59 p.m. EST – June 30, 2009 (“Sweepstakes Timeframe”)

How To Enter : Simply log on to www.greatcheese.com/stayfit and enter requested personal information on-line to register and follow the on-line prompts to submit your entry

Limit : Limit one on-line entry per e-mail address per day and/or one mail-in entry per day, per household.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of a 4-day, 3-night Spa Package for two (2) at the ©Red Mountain Resort and Spa which is located within the State of Utah (awarded via a $5,590.00 Spa gift certificate/voucher) and a $2,000.00 travel voucher good for travel expenses (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) – $7,590.00).

Ten (10) First Place Prizes: each First Place Prize consists of a $599 Sports Authority® Gift Card (ARV – $599.00 each).

Ten (10) Second Place Prizes: each Second Place Prize consists of a $300 SpaFinder® Gift Certificate(s) (ARV – $300.00 each).

One Hundred (100) Third Place Prizes: each Third Place Prize consists of an Exercise Ball and DVD Exercise Program (ARV – $30.00 each).
