I am an energy saver and recycling advocate. I turn my thermostat on just twice a day in the cold New England winters and very rarely use the air conditioner in the summer months. People think I am crazy with my recycling, I have 4 city bins to seperate each week and they are full with anything from the spiral milk tabs to the paper excess from work. My Sears appliances are 17 years old and cannot replace as I am a single mom income of 13 years and have been part of the economic job crunch on and off for almost 2 years. I would love to be able to furnish my kitchen with the new Sears energy saving appliances!!!

All of our appliances dont match. We now have 3 kids and the refrigerator is too small. The appliances are over 8 to 10 years old.I was in a horrific car crash that wasnt my fault so money is an issue since I cant work.So energy saving appl. would be a plus.

I’ve worked as a teacher for 34 yrs. Twenty-two of those yrs. I worked 2 jobs. And, of those 22 yrs, I even worked a third job hoping to get ahead as a single mom of 2 children. I intended to work much longer, but my health has taken a bad turn especially my back. I’ve had 2 back & 2 knee surgeries. I’ve had a break on both feet & a double break on my left wrist. The doctors say I have thinning of my bones. I’m even looking at another back surgery before the end of the yr. I simply can’t afford to replace my washer, dryer, refrigerator, and heating & air-conditioner. I sure could use this switch even for just one of these appliances. Thanks in Advance, Kathy
