Eligibility : Sears April Employee Pricing Event VIP Contest (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sears April Employee Pricing Event VIP Contest begins on April 5, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, go to sears.com/vipcontest and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 in Sears gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes: TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: $20 Sears gift card. ARV: $20. FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: $10 Sears gift card. ARV: $10. ONE HUNDRED (100) THIRD PRIZES: $5 Sears gift card. ARV: $5. TWENTY-FIVE (25) FOURTH PRIZES: 50 additional Sweepstakes entries. TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIFTH PRIZES: 25 additional Sweepstakes entries.
