How To Enter :  Go online to www.familydollar.com and complete the online entry form, including your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), plus daytime and evening telephone numbers. Then click on “submit” to enter the drawing.

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per person/email address, per day.
