Eligibility : Raley’s Let’s Stay in for Dinner Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of California and Nevada and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Raley’s Let’s Stay in for Dinner Sweepstakes begins on April 22, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on July 21, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period go to WinAtRaleys.com and fill out the online entry form.

Limit : Regardless of method of entry, each participant may enter one (1) Code per day to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prizes:
ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 1 PRIZE: $1,500 Mastercard Gift Card to be used to purchase backyard equipment and a $500 Raley’s Gift Card (5 Raley’s Gift Cards @ $100 each). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $2,000.
ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 2 PRIZE: $2,000 Raley’s Gift Card (2 Raley’s Gift Cards @ $1,000 each). ARV: $2,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
NINETY-ONE (91) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Raley’s Gift Card. ARV: $100.
