Publix At Season’s Peak Berries Recipe Contest

Eligibility : All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years old and legal residents of either Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, or South Carolina at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Publix At Season’s Peak Berries Recipe Contest begins on June 25, 2009 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDST”), and ends on August 5, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EDST.

How To Enter : Visit publix.com/atseasonspeak and submit your original recipe on the Official Entry Form

Limit : Multiple entries are allowed from one entrant, but each recipe must be submitted as a separate entry and only one (1) entry per submission will be accepted.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win: Fifty-two (52) $100 Publix Super Market gift cards. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $5,200.00.

Three (3) Runner-Up Prize Winners will each win: A $100 Publix Super Market gift card. ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is $100.00.
