Eligibility : The McCafe Your Day from McDonald’s and Visa Contest and Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if the age of majority is older than 18) at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : McCafe Your Day from McDonald’s and Visa Contest and Sweepstakes (”Promotion”),which includes both a Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and a Contest (the “Contest”) begins on May 5, 2009 at 12:01:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends August 2, 2009 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter :
SWEEPSTAKES : Go online to www.mcdonaldsmccafeyourday.com (the “Website”) and click on the “Enter for a Chance” button and follow the prompts.
CONTEST: To enter, access the Website beginning May 5, 2009 at 12:00:01 a.m. CT and ending June 21, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Contest Entry Period”), and proceed to the Contest entry page where you will be required to complete an online registration form with all required information, including your name, complete postal mailing address, email address, birth date, telephone number, and gender (”Registration”).

Limit :
SWEEPSTAKES : Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address per day (12:00:01 A.M. CT - 11:59:59 P.M. CT).
CONTEST: Limit one (1) Submission per person/email address for the entire Contest Entry Period.

Each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize winners (130 winners) will receive:
One (1) $1000 Visa Gift Card and One (1) $50 McDonald’s Arch Card. ARV : $1,050

CONTEST PRIZES
Contest Finalist Prize: Each Finalists (5) will receive:
One (1) $1000 Visa Gift Card and One (1) $50 McDonald’s Arch Card. ARV: $1,050

Contest Grand Prize: In addition to the Finalist Prize, the Grand Prize Winners (2) will receive:
One (1) $50,000 Visa Gift Card and One (1) $500 McDonald’s Arch Card. ARV : $50,500

Winners : To receive an Official Winners List for the Sweepstakes and Contest, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: McCafe Winner’s List, PO Box 2387, 1070 S. Calumet Road, Chesterton, IN 46304. The Winners List will be available after August 31, 2009. The Winners List request must be received by August 31, 2009, and will be fulfilled following the awarding of prizes.

I entered this sweepstakes and i was sent something in the mail that said i was a winner and i had to fill something out and send it back. I sent it back on 6/2/09 and haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone else won and has got their prizes? Does it normally take a while to give out prizes?

Same thing happened to me. Sent all the required paperwork to the Charleston, IN address with the self addressed envelope via US Mail ( No pre paid Fex Ex envelope was included with my letter only the US Mail envelope). I left a message 6/26/09 with Ascent Marketing Partners which is the organization of the return envelope they proveded me but no anwer yet, Ph 312-224-2744.
