Life’s Better Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  Life’s Better Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are cat or dog owners at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Life’s Better Sweepstakes begins on August 19, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on June 30, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit :  Each participant may enter one (1) time per Entry Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 1 DOG OWNER PRIZE: Dog food for a year awarded as six (6), 20 pound vouchers of Iams® dry dog food. Vouchers expire 12/31/2009 (terms and conditions of vouchers apply). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $108.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 1 CAT OWNER PRIZE: Cat food for a year awarded as six (6), 8 pound vouchers of dry cat food. Vouchers expire 12/31/2009 (terms and conditions of vouchers apply). ARV: $90.

ONE (1) ENTRY PERIOD 2 DOG OWNER PRIZE: Opportunity to have Sponsor donate $500 in honor of winner to Helen Woodward Animal Center and a plaque memorializing the donation. Donation is not tax deductable. ARV: $100.
