Eligibility : Kroger Year of Free Gas & Groceries Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Kroger Year of Free Gas & Groceries Sweepstakes begins on August 3, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 11, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : There are 17 grocery store banners (each a “Store”) participating in this Promotion each with a Store specific registration website. The prizes for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Store website through which you register as well as your state of residence. You can register by visiting any one the following 17 Store websites during the Promotion Period and completing the registration form by providing your first and last names, a valid mailing address, and any other information requested (P.O. Boxes are not permitted).

Once you complete the form, you will automatically receive one entry into the Grand Prize drawing, one entry into the drawing for applicable Store website, and one Instant Win Game play for that day.

Limit : Each participant may receive one entry into the Grand Prize drawing, one entry into the applicable Store drawing, and one Instant Win Game play per day during the Promotion Period for registering or logging in.
