Eligibility : The Kohl’s Mother’s Day Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

Promotion Period : Kohl’s Mother’s Day Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on April 13, 2009 and ends on-line at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 10, 2009.

Your Mother’s Day Sweepstakes site says that it ends on May l0th at ll:59 EST, but I am trying to enter again and it is only May 9th l:36am EST. Why won’t it let me enter again if it is not over until the l0th of May?
